Every piece made to order in our atelier in New York, so please allow 3-4 business days for fulfillment.

Customers wanting to organize a return for a refund or exchange, must cover shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of the garment we offer  return or exchange within 10 days for Lingerie. 

SENT MERCHANDISE MUST SHOW NO SIGNS OF WEAR AND BE ACCOMPANIED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS, AND BE SENT IN ORIGINAL SIGNATURE BOX.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

TEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. OLIVE GERGEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN OR CHARGE A REPAIR FEE ON ANY ITEMS RECEIVED BACK IN UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION.
