All candles presented on our website are handcrafted and made to order, therefor all sales are final. If any item arrives damaged, you must send pictures containing proof to email@example.com
Any damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving items. Upon eligibility, store credit or exchange will be given for defective reasons only. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
Due to the nature of our products used candles cannot be returned.

Customers' safety is our main concern. With surface to surface transmission any return could be a potential mechanism to spread COVID-19. Therefore, as a health precaution, face masks are not suitable for return or exchange due to hygienic reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not assume responsibility for items that are lost, stolen in transit or upon delivery.
