All candles come in a gift-ready packaging, which saves a lot of time and energy for preparing gifts during holiday season!

 

Please note:

  • As every candle is made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch. 
  • As every candle is handmade, slight imperfections and color variations may occur.

 

 

*We recommend to use a stand or plate when lighting the candle in order not to damage the surface.

 

*Place your candle away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources as this may cause discoloration of your candle.

Shipping:
Our candles are made to order, therefore Shipping Time varies between 2-3 business days for order fulfillment. Please inquire about bulk orders as we  need more time to produce larger quantities. Rush order can be provided for an additional fee that is 25%of the total order price.
*OLIVE GERGEL  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered, please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

 

Returns:

All candles presented on our website are handcrafted and made to order, therefor all sales are final. If any item arrives damaged, you must send pictures containing proof to olivegergelnyc@gmail.com

Any damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving items. Upon eligibility, store credit or exchange will be given for defective reasons only. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Due to the nature of our products used candles cannot be returned.
