Due to the nature of our products used candles cannot be returned.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. OLIVE GERGEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN OR CHARGE A REPAIR FEE ON ANY ITEM RECEIVED BACK IN UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION.
OLIVE GERGEL does not offer refunds for lost or stolen parcels.

Customers' safety is our main concern. With surface to surface transmission any return could be a potential mechanism to spread COVID-19. Therefore, as a health precaution, face masks are not suitable for return or exchange due to hygienic reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
