Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury sculptural candles, each piece is made to order, ensuring that what you receive is uniquely yours. While this does mean that our products are typically unsuitable for a return and most brands in our niche do not offer refunds, we choose to differ. We stand confidently behind the quality of our work and want to assure you that your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process as a part of the luxury service you deserve:

1. Eligibility Window: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your candle to express your concerns.

2. Condition of Return: The candle must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. This ensures the candle remains in a state that adheres to our quality standards.

3. Return Authorization: Before sending the candle back, please reach out to our customer service team for a return authorization. Our dedicated team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

4. Shipping: Returns will need to be securely packaged and shipped back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

5. Return Fee: Shipping coast will be deducted from your refund 

6. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected by our team. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days.

7. Damages: In the rare event that you receive a candle that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can expedite an exchange or refund for you.
